I apologize in advance for the occasional crudeness in this article. I’m sharing it with you anyway because it made me laugh out loud repeatedly and anymore I figure anything that makes me laugh out loud has some merit. Fortunately I have never experienced any of this madness. The trainer at my gym is quite low key and respective of folks, ahem, age and level of experience. I do actually know women who just love zumba and spin classes and I gotta admit, I just don’t get it. Seems like torture to me and when I visualize myself in a zumba class or a spin class, that makes me laugh out loud too. I am not knocking exercise. Exercise is our friend. It keeps us healthy. It helps us manage our weight and keep our stress level under control. Anyway, here you go. You’re welcome.
